01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and winners33 ("Platform", "We", or "winners33") governing the use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by winners33.

By clicking the "Register", "I Agree" button, or by accessing or using the winners33 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this agreement.

This agreement takes effect as soon as you register an account on winners33 and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the stated terms.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use winners33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a territory or country where the use of online casino services is prohibited by local law.

• You have not previously had your account closed or been banned from using the winners33 platform due to a breach of terms.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

03 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at winners33. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

KYC Verification Process

Winners33 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Recent bank statement or utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of address

Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension and a hold on any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. The KYC process is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

04 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Terms

05 Fund Withdrawal

Winners33 members are entitled to withdraw their real balance (excluding bonuses) from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions and provided all wagering requirements (where applicable) have been met.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your name and that has been verified through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the platform's withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are processed within 1–3 business days.
• VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing, with approvals that can be completed in under one hour on business days.
• Winners33 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• If any wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, withdrawals will not be processed until those conditions are fully met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Winners33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall take precedence.
• Winners33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules

All games available in the winners33 lobby have individual rules that must be followed. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited and certified fair Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Results recorded by winners33's servers are final and override any display on a user's device in the event of a technical discrepancy.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, any unresolved bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.
• Winners33 reserves the right to void or correct any winnings resulting from technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. winners33 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Winners33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify the winners33 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winners33 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or payment details.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system glitches, or game vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts or using evasion methods to claim bonuses more than once.
• Money laundering or using winners33 as a channel for any illegal financial activity.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other members.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between players in games involving multiple participants.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Winners33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and at our sole discretion, particularly if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of this agreement have been breached.

Member-Initiated Closure

You may close your winners33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding real balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed KYC verification and no unresolved issues.

13 Terms & Conditions Amendment
